MOBILE NOTARY SERVICE
State-Mandated Notarization Fee: $5 per notary signature/stamp
- Note: Ohio state law caps the specific notarization act fee at $5. Total costs include our mobile travel and convenience fees below.
Travel Fee (up to 20 miles round trip): $30.00
- Our base mobile fee includes travel to your location, prompt arrival, and up to 15 minutes of waiting time.
- Additional Mileage: $1.00 (per mile over 20 round trip miles)
Hospitals, Nursing Homes, and Care Facilities: $75 (includes extended waiting/coordination time)
After-Hours & Holiday Convenience Surcharges:
**Surcharges are applied in addition to standard travel or facility base fees for any appointments scheduled outside of standard business hours**
- Need us outside of normal business hours? The following fees apply in addition to standard travel and stamp rates:
- Evenings (Mon–Fri, 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM): +$30
- Late Night / Emergency (9:00 PM – 8:00 AM): +$75
- Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): +$40
- Standard Holidays: +$50
- Major Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year's Eve/Day): +$110
APOSTILLE SERVICES
Starting at $150 (Includes document review, courier delivery to the Secretary of State, state filing fees, and return tracking)
LOAN DOCUMENT SIGNING PACKAGES
$125 – $300 (Full printing, travel, signing execution, and scanning/drop-off)
Payment Terms & Accepted Methods
- Accepted Payments: Cash, Major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Venmo, Zelle.
- Required Deposit: A non-refundable booking deposit of 50% of the estimated total is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final balance.
